Service

OPT Retention A subscription platform for running loyalty programs and communicating with a business's customers. By subscribing you agree to use it under the laws of your business's country (Saudi Arabia or Egypt), and that messages are sent through your own business WhatsApp account with your customers' consent.

Subscription and payment

The subscription is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in the currency of the business's country — Saudi riyals for Saudi businesses and Egyptian pounds for Egyptian businesses — plus VAT where applicable at the rate shown on the invoice. You can stop the renewal at any time and the service continues until the end of the paid cycle.

Refund policy

Within 14 days of your first payment you can request a full refund if the service does not suit you. After that, the current cycle is not refunded and the subscription stays active until it ends.

Free trial

14 days on the Growth plan, no card needed. When it ends, adding and sending stop; your data is kept for 90 days and then deleted unless you subscribe.

Your responsibility

The accuracy of your customers' data and their consent, and compliance with WhatsApp's and your provider's policies.
