What we collect

Business data (name, sector, branches, users) and the business's customer data recorded through the system (name, mobile, visits, points, consents). We do not collect payment card data; the licensed payment gateway handles it.

Why

To run loyalty programs and communicate with the business's customers with their consent, to issue subscription invoices, and to improve the service.

Who sees it

The business that owns the data and its authorised users only. We never sell data and share it only as far as delivering the service requires (payment gateway, WhatsApp provider, hosting provider). Data protection follows the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law for Saudi businesses and Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 for Egyptian businesses.

Your rights

Export your data or request its deletion at any time from the settings page or by contacting us. The business's customers can withdraw their marketing consent from any message.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, daily backups, and an audit log for every sensitive action.
